Alita: battle Angel (2019)

ALITA

I love this movie very much, I won’t be lying to you because it is all about cyborgs. I love how they create this movie even though it is an American adaptation of 1990s japanese manga series Battle Angel Alita by Yukito Kishiro and this movie was directed by Robert Rodriguez and co-produced by James Cameron. I really appreciate how they produce this movie though, there is an article that I read that before they reproduced this movie there is a minor imperfections about the budget they cost on it. Robert Rodriguez filmography is too immersive to watch. Alita: Battle Angel appeared greatly impressive and an admirable work of Robert Rodriguez.

Robert Rodriguez ft. James Cameron, are the one who produce Alita: Battle Angel, as I watch this film the first thing that hit me is their special effects and photography. It is too visual entertaining and very fascinating. From the special effects up to the photography shots of Robert Rodriguez filmography should I say very impressive? Yes, moreover the stage sets are also stunning unlike the latest Star Wars.

The scene that first catch my attention is the scene where Alita have fight with the other cyborgs. Then bring out her courage and strength and finally remember her past. I really liked this film because it was so entertaining to watch. Rose Salazar is the one who plays the heroine role of Alita. Rose is one of my favorite actress because I first saw her at the movie series of Maze Runner directed by Wes Ball based on the novel of James Dashner. I really admire her not because of her beauty but also how she act infront of the camera.

Alita’s pieces are beautiful piece of artistic composition. Her first body was a unskilled and fragile look with pure color of white which you can see the characters innocence due to her memory loss. Also, her first steps in the world where in she re-discovered her second body, that is more organic that gives her the feeling of an accomplished woman, or the birth of a warrior.

In the story, Alita was found in a garbage yard with full of anything that is metals. Dr. Dyson found her half body on it and provide her a body that is actually his daughters body. He put that on Alita’s half body to complete her form. Then when Alita wakes up she found herself with a complete well done body, but at the same time she is at the stage of temporary memory loss.

The film I think it is unfinished because as you watch the movie from the last part. You can say it is unfinished leaving us hanging “thats it? “. So, I think there is a sequel of this movie maybe? So I really hope they make a sequel of this.
